通过使用不同的造纸施胶剂对无孔承印物进行涂布,使用1GT印刷适性仪对已涂布承印物模拟上墨,根据划格法和图像处理技术,使用QEA PLAS II准确地测量涂层 油墨附着力大小。研究结果表明,表面施胶剂的表面自由能、化学极性以及内聚力密度对涂层一油墨附着力有一定的影响。同时,得到了这几种常用施胶剂与油墨附着力的相对大小,从而为选取油墨附着力优良的施胶剂和开发新型施胶剂提供方法。 |

Firstly different sizing agents were coated on non-porous substrates,and then offsetink was coated onthe coated substrates using IGT print ability instrument.Based on cross cut test and image processing technology,ink-coating adhesion was accurately measured by QEA PLAS II.The results showed that the surface freeenergy,chemical polarity and cohesion of surface sizing agents,to some extent,have an effect on the ink-coating adhesion.The ink adhesion of the common sizing agents was obtained,so as to propose novel methods toselect sizing agent and to develop new sizing agents. |
