The experiment was conducted with strawberry and honey peach in sealed package and effect of different temperature on respiration rate of strawberry and honey peach of different maturity were investigated. The results showed that low temperature can slow down the respiration rate of strawberry and honey peach, and maturity hasn’t significant influence on the respiration rate of honey peach. |
