An automatic grading and packing production line based on image processing was designed and developed. By acquiring and processing the image of fruits and vegetables, and calculating the parameter reflecting the size of them, the line can grade and pack the picked and properly processed fruits and vegetables with approximately spherical shape automatically. The automatic line improves the working efficiency and ensures the quality of fruit and vegetable. |
