以低密度聚乙烯和线性低密度聚乙烯为基础物质,添加阻燃剂聚磷酸铵和三氧化二锑,构成阻燃体系,研究了阻燃体系的成型加工工艺参数和阻燃性能。 研究表明:随着阻燃剂添加量的增大,主螺杆转速需要逐步降低,牵引速度随之下降,主螺杆转速的较小变化,可引起机头压力的急剧增加,物料的实际挤出温度相应提高;当阻燃剂总添加量达到 40% 时,达到 FV-0 阻燃等级。 |

Low density polyethylene and linear low density polyethylene were used as basic materials, ammonium polyphosphate and diantimony trioxide were added into them as fire-retardant agent content to prepare fire-retardant system. The molding technological parameters and fire-retardant performance of the fire-retardant systems were tested. The results showed that with increase of fire-retardant agent content, the rotational speed of main screws needed decreases gradually and the pulling speed decreases accordingly; small change of the rotational speed of main screw causes the pressure of die increases sharply, and the real extrusion temperature increases accordingly; when the fire-retardant addition dosage is 40% , the fire-retardant level can reach FV-0. |
