目的 研究翻转机构在满足补弹速度要求的前提下, 为提高翻转机构稳定性进行优化设计。 方法 通过建立三维模型并运用 Adams 机械系统动力学仿真软件, 对翻转机构进行参数化优化设计分析, 得到相应的运动学和动力学曲线。 结果 翻转机构的转速降低 1 r/min, 弹与限位板的接触力降低15 N 左右, 翻转机构对弹的径向力降低 3 N 左右。 结论 合理降低翻转机构的速度和减小接触刚度系数, 可以有效提高翻转机构的稳定性; Adams 软件可以对多体机构的运动规律和优化设计提供精确的预测,对改进设计具有一定的参考价值。 |

Objective Under the premise that the turnover mechanism could satisfy the charge rate requirements, the study aimed to improve the stability of the turnover mechanism by optimized design. Methods Through the establishment of a 3D Model and optimized design of reversing mechanism by using Adams software, the corresponding kinematic and kinetic curves were obtained. Results The optimized results indicated that when the rotational speed of the turnover mechanism decreased by 1 rad/min, the contact force between the bullet and the spacing board was reduced by about 15 N, and the bullet radial force of the turnover mechanism was reduced by about 3N. Conclusion Reasonable reduction of the speed of the turnover mechanism as well as the contact stiffness coefficient could effectively enhance the stability of the turnover mechanism. Adams software could provide accurate prediction for the movement patterns of the multi-agency and optimized design, which provides reference for future improvements. |
