目的 针对海军陆战旅担负的任务和岛屿作战弹药储运的特点, 提高海军陆战旅岛屿作战弹药的储存可靠性, 增强弹药包装防护能力。 方法 采用理论研究和事故树分析等方法, 论述了海军陆战旅岛屿作战弹药环境效应对弹药储运的影响, 建立了弹药失效事故树。 结果 通过事故树最小割集,温度、湿度、氧气、盐份是引起弹药储存可靠性下降的主要诱因 。 结论 采用阻隔、吸湿、吸附、除氧等方法可有效提高弹药防护水平, 通过“阻隔+吸湿+吸附+除氧”的综合防护措施, 可系统地解决海军陆战旅岛屿作战弹药在高温、高湿等恶劣环境条件下的综合防护难题。 |

Objective To improve the reliability of marine brigade ammunition storage and enhance the protective ability of ammunition packaging study according to the task and ammunition support characteristics of marine brigade. Methods To analyze the environmental effects of ammunition storage and transportation of ammunition and to establish the ammunition failure fault tree by theoretical analysis and fault tree analysis method. Results The temperature, humidity, oxygen and salinity were the main inducers causing decline of ammunition storage reliability. Conclusion The method of "separate, dry, oxygen barrier, adsorption" could effectively improve the ammunition protection level, through the comprehensive protection strategy of "separate + dry + oxygen barrier + adsorption", the comprehensive protection difficulty of marine brigade ammunition in high-temperature, high-humidity and other harsh environmental conditions could be solved. |
