目的 研究不同抽滤方式对品红UV喷墨墨水性能的影响。方法 对制备好的品红UV喷墨墨水, 选用聚偏氟乙烯微孔滤膜和布氏漏斗进行抽滤, 第1种滤膜孔径为0.45 μm, 第2种滤膜孔径为0.22 μm, 采用单一滤膜抽滤和采用第1种滤膜抽滤后再用第2种滤膜分层抽滤的方式, 对墨水进行处理。结果 分层抽滤后墨水中颜料粒径全部在0.15 μm以下, 分布最窄。油墨的黏度和表面张力变化不大, 分别为18.5 mPa·s和34.2 mN/m, 光固化时间没有变化, 为1.5 s。结论 分层抽滤有效地减小了品红UV喷墨墨水中颜料的粒径, 对其他性能指标影响不大。 |

Objective To study the effect of different ways of filtration on the performance of magenta UV-curable inkjet ink. Methods The magenta UV-curable inkjet ink was prepared according to previous formula. Polyvinylidene fluoride microporous membranes with pore size of 0.45 μm and 0.22 μm were selected to filter the ink by buchner funnel. One method was utilizing single monolayer membrane, the other was layered filtration using single monolayer membrane followed by a second kind of monolayer membrane. Results After layered filtration, the pigment particle size in the ink was less than 0.15 μm, and the distribution was the narrowest. The viscosity and surface tension changed a little, and were 18.5 mPa·s and 34.2 mN/m, respectively. The light curing time remained 1.5 s. Conclusion This study showed that layered filtration reduced the pigment particle size, but had little effect on the other performance indices of magenta UV-curable inkjet ink. |
