目的 在不同摩擦因数工况下进行磨料粉体自由卸料的流动性研究。方法 根据粉体流动性评价方式,建立流动性表征指标; 基于离散单元法原理, 利用PFC3D软件建立料仓粉体自由卸料模型,仿真砂轮磨料在不同摩擦条件下的自由卸料运动过程; 根据仿真结果, 分析磨料粉体摩擦因数变化对其流动性的影响, 利用表征指标评价流动性, 建立流动性函数。结果 摩擦因数为0.4时, 磨料粉体的流动性能最佳。结论 随着摩擦因数增大, 砂轮磨料粉体流速减小, 流动稳定性提高。 |

Flow performance of abrasive powder of free discharge under different powder friction conditions was researched. According to the appraisal way of powder flow performance, the evaluation indexes of flow performance were extracted. Based on the Discrete Element Method (DEM) , the model of free discharge of powder in silo was established with PFC3D software, which was used to simulate the free discharge process of grinding wheel abrasive under different powder friction conditions. According to the simulation results, the influence of variable abrasive powder friction coefficients on the flow performance was studied. The flow performance was appraised with evaluation indexes, and fluidity functions were established. When the friction coefficient was 0.4, the flow performance of abrasive powder achieved the best. With the increase of friction coefficient , the abrasive powder flow velocity decreased and the flow stability increased. |
