目的 提高包装生产线的自动化程度。方法 基于S7-200 PLC和维纶TK6050ip触摸屏,设计一种全自动包装搬运气动机械手控制系统,对控制系统硬件结构进行设计,并在硬件结构基础上进行软件编程。最后进行测试和应用研究。结果 由实验数据可知,该控制系统能够保证气动机械手运行的平稳性、准确性、快速性,具有操作方便、工作效率高、运行可靠等优点。结论 基于PLC和触摸屏控制的气动机械手能够提高包装生产线的自动化程度,可满足包装控制要求和生产需求。 |

The work aims to improve the automation of packaging production line. Based on S7-200 PLC and vinylon TK6050ip touch screen, an automatic pneumatic manipulator control system for packaging handling was designed. The hardware structure of control system was designed, and the software programming was done based on the hardware structure. Finally, tests and application researches were carried out. The experimental data showed that this control system could ensure smoothness, accuracy and rapidity, and had such advantages as convenient operation, high efficiency and reliable running. The pneumatic manipulator based on PLC and touch screen control can improve the automation degree of packaging production line, which can meet the requirements of packaging control and production. |
