目的 以聚乙烯醇(PVA)、3-羟基丁酸-3羟基己酸共聚酯(PHBHHx)为基材,制得一种性能优良的新型可降解绿色环保材料。方法 采用溶液共混流延法制备聚乙烯醇/PHBHHx共混膜。通过力学性能检测、扫描电镜、X射线衍射、透氧性能测试、热重分析和生物降解性检测对薄膜的性能进行分析。结果 研究表明,当PVA与PHHBHHx质量比为2∶1时,制得的共混膜断面结构致密且无孔洞,组分之间相容性较好。结论 与纯PHBHHx薄膜相比,PVA/PHBHHx共混膜力学性能、阻氧性能得到了提高,且共混膜的加工窗口变宽,在可降解包装材料领域有着广泛的应用前景。 |

To prepare a new kind of degradable green environmental protection material with polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and PHBHHx as the substrate. PVA/PHBHHx blend membranes were prepared by solution and mixing method. The properties of the membranes were analyzed by mechanical properties, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, oxygen permeation, thermogravimetric analysis and biodegradability. When the mass ratio was 2∶1, the fracture surface of the blend membranes was dense and the compatibility was very good. Compared with pure PHBHHx membranes, PVA/ PHBHHx blend membranes had better mechanical and oxygen resistance properties, and the processing window of the blend membrane became wider. They can be widely applied in the field of biodegradable packaging materials. |
