目的 提出机电复合凸轮机构,即将电凸轮与机械凸轮串行联接,通过改变电凸轮输出,达到使机械凸轮输入轴可控的目的。方法 采用构建复合机构运动规律参数化模型的方法,对从动件运动规律进行研究。通过Matlab人机交互界面使凸轮输入轴的可控实现可视化。结果 将电凸轮与机械凸轮有效结合,得出了机电复合凸轮机构的运动规律曲线。结论 实现了凸轮输入轴速度阶段性大小、方向的变化和启停。在保持原有凸轮廓线不变的基础上,实现了个性化生产,从动件运动曲线由单一化变为多元化。 |

The work aims to put forward the electromechanical compound cam mechanism, namely, connect the electric cam with the mechanical cam in series, for the purpose of controlling the mechanical cam input axis by changing the output of electric cam. By means of constructing the parameterized model for the motion law of compound mechanism, the motion law of followers was studied. The control of cam input shaft could be visualized by Matlab human-machine interface. With the effective combination of electric cam and mechanical cam, the motion law curve of electromechanical compound cam mechanism was obtained. The change in phased speed size and direction and the start/stop of cam input shaft are achieved. On the basis of maintaining the original cam profile, the customized production is achieved and the motion curve of followers is changed from a single form into a diversified one. |
