目的 综述气体指示型智能标签及纳米智能标签技术的原理、特点以及在食品包装方面的应用。方法 重点介绍气体指示型智能标签中新鲜度指示、成熟度指示、泄露型指示、无线射频识别等智能标签和纳米综合性指示器的工作原理、应用研究,以及智能标签的发展趋势。结论 智能标签技术在食品包装行业受到了广泛关注,在推进食品包装智能化发展,维护食品安全,加强包装防护,提高质量监控等方面起到了重要作用,是未来食品包装发展的主要方向。 |

The work aims to review the principle, characteristics and application of gas indicator smart label and na-nometer smart label technology in food packaging The working principle and application research of smart labels, such as freshness indicator label, maturity indicator label, leak indicator label, radio frequency identification label and nanometer integrated indicator in gas indicator smart label, as well as the development trend of smart labels were introduced in detail. Smart label technology has attracted wide attention in food packaging industry. Smart labels play an important role in promoting the intelligent development of food packaging, maintaining food safety, strengthening packaging protection, improving quality monitoring and so on. It is the main direction of food packaging development in the future. |
