目的 研究铁路货物装载加固座架的强度估算方法。方法 进行了卷钢座架的静态和冲击动强度试验,测量了静态和冲击过程中座架危险截面的应力。同时,依据《铁路货物装载加固规则》的有关规定,计算了卷钢座架所受的作用力,利用有限元方法计算了在此力作用下座架的强度,对比了卷钢座架静态和冲击试验测量的应力和理论计算的应力。结果 试验值与理论计算值的误差约为10%,理论计算的应力值具有较高的精度。结论 在缺乏试验条件的场合下,可以用理论的方法来估算座架的强度。 |

The paper aims to study the method for evaluating the strength of a railway cargo loading and reinforcement device (CLRD). Static and impact strength tests were carried out on a reinforced frame to measure the stress on the dangerous section of a reinforced frame during static and dynamic impact. The maximum force acting on the device was calculated according to the relevant provisions of the "Rules for Railway Cargo Loading and Reinforcement"; and the strength of the device under the force was evaluated with the finite element method. At the same time, the stress obtained by static and shock dynamic tests and the stress by theoretical calculation were compared. The error between the tested value and the theoretical calculation result was about 10%. The value obtained from theoretical calculation had high precision. In the absence of test conditions, the simulation can be used to evaluate the strength of the CLRD. |
