目的 为了进一步明晰纳米动物蛋白包埋技术未来的研究方向,为后来的研究者提供一些可供参考的思路和方法。方法 通过追踪国内外纳米动物蛋白包埋技术的研究趋势,概述纳米动物蛋白包埋技术涉及的基本原料、形成机理、研究方法和包埋效果。结论 为后续科研人员深入研究纳米动物蛋白包埋技术明晰了方向,为纳米动物蛋白包埋技术在新型包装材料、功能性食品、靶向药物和高档化妆品方面的开发利用奠定基础。 |

This paper is to further clarify the future research direction of nano-animal protein encapsulation technology and provide some reference ideas and methods for later researchers.The basic raw materials, formation mechanism, research methods and encapsulation effects involved in nano-animal protein encapsulation technology were outlined by tracking the research trend of nano-animal protein encapsulation technology at home and abroad in this paper, which clarifies the direction for the subsequent researchers to conduct in-depth research on nano-animal protein encapsulation technology, and lays a foundation for the development and utilization of nano-animal protein encapsulation technology in the new packaging materials, functional foods, targeted drugs and high-end cosmetics. |
