目的 选用姜黄色素作为色粉,制备具有高透明性的姜黄色素油墨,将该油墨应用于烟用接装纸上,并研究该油墨在烟用接装纸上的活性。方法 考察姜黄色素油墨中不同组分对附着力、耐磨性的影响,以及考察姜黄色素油墨在烟用接装纸上的耐晒性、抑菌性以及抗氧化活性。结果 确定姜黄色素油墨配方为质量分数6.0%的聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、质量分数0.75%的姜黄色素、质量分数0.6%的附着力促进剂TB440、质量分数0.2%的蜡粉3620、质量分数92.45%的无水乙醇。通过物理性能指标分析,采用姜黄色素油墨制备的烟用接装纸具有良好的附着力、耐磨性,且耐晒等级为4级。该烟用接装纸对金黄色葡萄球菌具有较强抑菌作用,20 min时抑菌率达到91.41%,而对大肠杆菌的抑菌作用稍弱。同时,该烟用接装纸上的姜黄色素对1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼与2,2-联氮-二(3-乙基-苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸)二铵盐自由基均有清除能力,且比较姜黄色素、丁基羟基茴香醚、2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚的IC50值可知,姜黄色素的抗氧化能力比丁基羟基茴香醚、2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚强。结论 姜黄色素油墨在烟用接装纸上呈现出优异的透明性、附着力、耐磨性以及良好的抑菌性与抗氧化活性。 |

The work aims to preparecurcumin ink with high transparency withcurcumin as toner, apply it to the tipping, and study activity of the curcumin ink on the tipping paper. The influence of different components of curcumin ink on adhesion and wear resistance was investigated. And the sunlight resistance, antibacterial activity and antioxidant activity of curcumin ink on the tipping paper were also investigated.It was determined that formula of the curcumin ink was 6.0wt% polyvinyl butyraldehyde, 0.75wt% curcumin, 0.6wt% adhesion promoter TB440, 0.2wt% wax powder 3620, and 92.45wt% ethanol absolute. Through the analysis of physical performance indicators, the tipping paper prepared by curcumin ink had good adhesion and wear resistance, as well as grade 4 sunlight resistance. The tipping paper had strong antibacterial effect on S. aureus, and the antibacterial rate reached 91.41% at the 20th min; while the antibacterial effect on E. coli was slightly weak. At the same time, the curcumin on the tipping paper had the ability to remove both 1,1-diphenyl-2-trinitrophenylhydrazine and diammonium 2,2'-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonate) free radicals. Compared with the IC50 of curcumin, butylated hydroxyanisole and 2,6-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol, the antioxidant capacity of curcumin was stronger than that of butylated hydroxyanisole and 2,6-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol. The curcumin ink shows excellent transparency, adhesion, wear resistance, sunlight resistance and good antibacterial and antioxidant activity on the tipping paper. |
