目的 解决凸版印刷机系统中精确同步控制与稳定性问题,设计一种基于滑模变结构控制方法的无轴传动印刷控制系统。方法 通过分析传统凸版轮转印刷系统的控制原理,建立无轴传动的凸版多组印刷单元系统的控制模型,确保印刷过程中驱动电机能够实现精确的位置和速度同步,以维持印刷作业的协调性和一致性。此外,提出了滑模变结构控制算法。搭建了以永磁同步电机为执行机构的无轴传动控制仿真系统,并开发了以S7-1200为控制核心的硬件系统,使用博途软件设计PLC的控制程序。结果 采用滑模变结构控制的凸版印刷机无轴传动控制系统展现出较高的准确性和稳定性,能够稳定可靠地实现印刷过程中的无轴传动控制。结论 以凸版轮转印刷机为出发点,将滑模变结构控制引入凸版印刷机的无轴传动控制系统中,并将其离散化处理后运用于PLC控制系统,提高了凸版印刷的效率,并对智能控制算法在印刷控制中的运用进行了有效探索。 |

The work aims to design and implement a shaftless drive printing control system based on the sliding mode variable structure control method to solve the problem of precise synchronization control and stability in the letterpress printing machine system. Through analyzing the control principle of the traditional letterpress rotary printing system, the control model of the shaftless drive letterpress multi-group printing units system was established to ensure that the drive motors could accurately synchronize the position and speed during the printing process so as to maintain the coordination and consistency of the printing operation. A sliding-mode variable structure control algorithm strategy was proposed. A shaftless drive control simulation system with permanent magnet synchronous motors as actuators was built. A hardware system with S7-1200 as the control core was developed, and TIA portal was used to write the PLC control program. The shaftless drive control system of letterpress with sliding mode variable structure control had good accuracy and stability, and could realize shaftless drive control in the printing process stably and reliably. Taking the letterpress rotary printing press as the starting point, the sliding mode variable structure control is introduced into the shaftless drive control system of the letterpress printing press and applied to the PLC, and its discrete processing is applied to the PLC control system. It improves the efficiency of the letterpress printing, and is a useful attempt to the use of intelligent control algorithms in the printing control. |
