目的 采用过氧化氢(H2O2)溶液和乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷(A171)对片状磁性金属吸波剂粒子进行活化和小分子接枝,改性后的吸波剂与有机硅树脂复合,在吸波剂-基体界面形成化学键结合,探究具有高填充、高附着力和高磁导率的耐温吸波涂层。方法 通过改变温度和反应时间,探究H2O2溶液活化吸波剂的最佳条件,利用A171的乙烯基与有机硅树脂发生硅氢加成反应,在吸波剂与基体间形成化学键连接。结果 吸波剂粒子在未处理和H2O2活化后,分别经质量分数3%、7%的A171接枝改性,获得了最佳润湿性,表明表面活化可有效增强接枝效果。随着A171接枝量的增加,涂层的密度增加,附着力提高,磁导率上升。当A171的接枝量(用质量分数表示)为7%时,涂层密度由(2.05±0.04) g/cm3提高到(2.27±0.03) g/cm3;附着力由(5.63±0.11) MPa提高到(8.59±0.13) MPa,提高了52.6%。1 mm涂层的反射率峰值由起始的−5.01 dB升至−6.12 dB。在300 ℃下热处理20 h后,1 mm涂层的反射率依然为−5.98 dB,保持了良好的耐温性。结论 采用H2O2溶液对片状吸波剂进行活化处理,能够增加吸波剂表面A171的接枝含量,可显著提高吸波剂在有机硅树脂基体的填充能力,提高了耐温吸波涂层的附着力、磁导率和吸波性能。 |

The work aims to use hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) solution and vinyltrimethoxysilane (A171) to activate and graft small molecules onto flaky magnetic metal absorbent particles, and compound the modified absorbing agent with organic silicone resin to obtain chemical bonding at the absorbent matrix interface, and to develop a temperature resistant absorbing coating with high filling, high adhesion, and high magnetic permeability. By changing the temperature and reaction time, the optimal conditions for activating absorbents with H2O2 solution were explored. A chemical bond connection between the absorbent and the matrix was formed in a silicon hydrogen addition reaction between the ethylene group of A171 and organic silicone resin. The results showed that the untreated and H2O2 activated absorbent particles were modified with 3% and 7% A171 grafting to obtain the best wettability, indicating that surface activation could effectively enhance the grafting effect; As the grafting amount of A171 increased, the density of the coating increased, the adhesion was improved, and the magnetic permeability increased; When the grafting amount of A171 was 7%, the coating density increased from (2.05±0.04) g/cm3 to (2.27±0.03) g/cm3, the adhesion increased by 52.6% from its original value of (5.63±0.11) MPa to (8.59±0.13) MPa; The peak reflectivity of the 1 mm coating increased from −5.01 dB to −6.12 dB. After 20 hours of heat treatment at 300 ℃, the reflectivity of the 1 mm coating still remained at −5.98 dB, maintaining good temperature resistance. In conclusion, the activation treatment of flaky absorbents with H2O2 solution can increase the grafting content of A171 on the surface of the absorbent, significantly improve the filling ability of the absorbent on the organic silicone resin matrix, and improve the adhesion, magnetic permeability, and absorption performance of the temperature resistant absorbing coating. |
