目的 针对2~18 GHz频带的电磁隐身,设计一款柔性宽带超材料吸波器。方法 通过等效电路和全波仿真结合的分析方法,分析了该吸波器的阻抗匹配、吸波机理和极化敏感等特性,用导电墨水在有机材料上制备频率选择表面并测试验证了该吸波器。结果 该吸波器的总厚度为14.6 mm,在1.97~18.15 GHz的吸收率>90%,相对带宽达到160.8%,覆盖了整个S、C、X、Ku波段。经分析,该吸波器还具有极化不敏感、易与隐身目标适形、雷达散射截面缩减等优异电磁隐身性能。结论 场路结合法分析结果和实验结果吻合较好,该吸波器在2~18 GHz频带的电磁隐身方面具有重要应用潜力。 |

The work aims to design a flexible broadband metamaterial absorber for electromagnetic stealth in the 2~18 GHz frequency band. The impedance matching and absorbing mechanism and polarization sensitivity of the absorber were analyzed by combination of equivalent circuit and full wave simulation, and the absorber was tested and verified after the frequency selective surfaces were fabricated on organic materials with conductive ink. With a total thickness of 14.6 mm, the absorber demonstrated an absorption rate of above 90% and a relative bandwidth of 160.8% in the 1.97~18.15 GHz range, covering the S, C, X, and Ku bands. This absorber showed excellent electromagnetic stealth performance, including polarization insensitivity, conformal with stealth targets, and reduction in radar cross section. The results from combination of circuit and field analysis are consistent with experiments, and this absorber exhibits potential applications in electromagnetic stealth technology within the 2~18 GHz frequency band. |
