目的 经济全球化进程不断加快、文化多元化态势不断加剧,这势必使国际化教育面临新的挑战,对创新应用型人才培养提出新的要求。面向未来、产业需求,食品国际化创新应用型人才培养研究与实践将拓展国际化教育发展途径。方法 以渤海大学与布隆迪大学共建“中文+食品”应用型人才培养机制为例,阐述了项目合作基础、人才培养存在的困难以及策略与实践。结果 从落实立德树人根本任务、推进“中文+食品”标准体系建设、构建双师双语师资队伍、推进课程体系建设等方面,阐明了“中文+食品”创新应用型人才培养的对策。结论 渤海大学的“中文+食品”创新应用型人才培养体系已初步形成,这将为地方高校食品专业、包装工程专业等工科专业国际化创新应用型人才培养提供新思路。 |

Economic globalization and cultural diversification are continuously intensifying, which is bound to pose new challenges to international education and put forward new requirements for the cultivation of innovative and applied talents. Facing the future and industrial needs, the research and practice of innovative and applied talents in food field will expand the development path of international education. With the jointly built by Bohai University and University of Burundi as an example, the foundation of project cooperation, existing difficulties in talent training and strategies and practices were elaborated. Result. The strategies for cultivating innovative and applied talents in "Chinese + food" were clarified from four aspects of implementing the fundamental task of strengthening moral education and cultivating people, promoting the construction of the "Chinese + food" standard system, building a double-qualified and bilingual teaching staff, and promoting the construction of the "Chinese + food" curriculum system. The cultivation model of innovative and applied talents in "Chinese + food" of Bohai University has primarily formed, which will provide new ideas for the cultivation of international innovative and applied talents in engineering majors such as food and packaging engineering in local colleges and universities in the new era. |
