      目的 以典型质量8 g钨合金破片为研究对象,分析其对15 mm Q235钢靶的弹道极限(V50)的影响规律。方法 首先通过弹道枪试验,验证仿真模型准确性,然后采用数值模拟方法,研究不同形状、质量和着靶角等因素对15 mm Q235钢靶侵彻规律的影响。结果 方形破片和球形破片的V50均随着破片质量的增大而降低;侵彻15 mm Q235钢靶板,方形破片V50低于球形破片,随着破片质量的增加,2种破片的V50差距逐渐减小;在此基础上,通过量纲分析,获得了钨合金方形破片侵彻靶板的破片直径与穿靶能量的关系,公式计算值与仿真值误差在6%以内。结论 得出了8 g钨合金破片对15 mm Q235钢靶的V50的影响规律,研究结果对破片选型具有一定的参考意义。
英文摘要:
      The work aims to analyze the impact of typical 8 g tungsten alloy fragments on the ballistic limit (V50) of a 15 mm Q235 steel target. The accuracy of the simulation model was verified through ballistic gun tests, and then the numerical simulation method was employed to study the effects of different shapes, masses, and landing angles on the penetration law of 15 mm Q235 steel targets. The V50 of both square and spherical fragments decreased with the increase of fragment mass. For penetration through a 15 mm Q235 steel target, the V50 of the square fragments was lower than that of the spherical fragments. As the mass of the fragments increased, the difference in V50 between the two types of fragments gradually decreased. On this basis, the relationship between the diameter of square tungsten alloy fragments penetrating the target plate and the penetrating energy was obtained through dimensional analysis. The error between the calculated formula value and the simulated value was within 10%. The conclusion is that the effect of 8 g tungsten alloy fragments on the V50 of a 15mm Q235 steel target has important reference significance for the selection of fragments.
