目的 选用7种不同种类的丙烯酸酯及脂环族环氧单体3,4-环氧环己基甲酸-3',4'-环氧环己基甲酯(TTA-21)、光引发剂和自制色浆等原料,构建一系列自由基-阳离子混杂光固化墨水,研究丙烯酸酯种类和用量、光引发剂混合比例等因素对混杂墨水光固化行为和固化膜性能(硬度、附着力、热性能)的影响。方法 用实时红外光谱(Real-time FTIR)表征混杂光固化体系墨水的聚合动力学,用热重分析仪(TGA)表征混杂体系的耐热性能。采用百格法和铅笔硬度计测试固化膜的硬度和附着力。结果 混杂光固化体系墨水的聚合动力学与体系黏度、自由基结构等因素相关。混杂体系的黏度低,链的运动性增加,反应的动力学性能得到改善;丙烯酸酯官能度的增加提高了体系的耐热性,但体系固化膜内应力增大,膜脆性增加,附着差,硬度低。结论 双官能度的HDDA与TTA-21构建的混杂体系黏度较低,光固化速度快,双键和环氧基团转化率高,固化膜的综合性能较好,满足阻焊制程工艺要求,在喷墨阻焊中具有潜在的应用前景。 |

The work aims to prepare a series of free radical-cationic hybrid light-curing inkjet inks with seven different kinds of acrylate, alicyclic epoxy monomer 3,4-epoxycyclohexanecarboxylic acid-3',4'-epoxycyclohexylmethyl ester (TTA-21), photoinitiator, and color paste as raw materials and study the effects of acrylate type, acrylate dosage, and ratio of photoinitiators on the light-curing behavior and the cured film properties (adhesion, hardness and thermal performance) of the hybrid inkjet ink. The real-time infrared spectra were used to characterize the polymerization kinetics of the ink of the hybrid light-curing system, and a synchronized thermal analyzer (TGA) was used to characterize the heat resistance of the hybrid system. The hardness and adhesion of the cured film were tested by the hundred-grid method and a pencil hardness tester. The polymerization kinetics of the ink in a radical-cationic hybrid light-curing system was related to the system viscosity, radical structure, and other factors. The hybrid system viscosity was low, the mobility of the chain increased, and the kinetics of the reaction were improved. Furthermore, the internal stress, and brittleness of the cured film increased with increasing acrylate functionalities, enhancing the heat resistance of the system and resulting in low hardness and poor adhesion of the cured film. The bifunctional HDDA/TTA-21 hybrid system has lower viscosity, faster light curing speed, higher conversion of double bonds and epoxy groups, leading to better comprehensive performance of the cured film. The HDDA/TTA-21 hybrid system satisfies soldermask process requirements and is potentially promising for application in inkjet soldermasks. |
