      目的 梳理我国气调包装领域的发展历程和未来发展趋势。方法 运用CiteSpace软件对中国知网收录的877篇核心期刊论文进行了文献计量分析和可视化图谱分析。在此基础上,对该领域的重要文献进行了回顾与总结。结论 我国气调包装领域的年发文量呈波动上升趋势,其主要载文刊物为《食品科学》和《包装工程》,作者之间尚未形成核心作者群,机构之间形成了部分研究群体,但群体间的合作仍较少。气调包装领域的研究热点主要集中在食品保鲜、贮藏以及货架期等方面,其应用范围涵盖果蔬、肉制品和水产品等多个类别。未来,该领域将朝着智能化、绿色化以及精准化方向发展。
英文摘要:
      The work aims to review the development process and predict the future trends of modified atmosphere packaging in China. The CiteSpace software was used to conduct bibliometric and visual graph analysis on 877 core journal articles indexed in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure. Subsequently, a review and summary of the significant literature within this field were conducted based on the obtained analysis results. The annual publication volume in the field of modified atmosphere packaging in China exhibits a fluctuating upward tendency and "Food Science" and "Packaging Engineering" serve as the main journals for these publications. The core author group has not yet formed among the authors. Although certain research groups has emerged among the institutions, the cooperation between these groups remains relatively limited. The research hotspots in the field of modified atmosphere packaging mainly focuses on food preservation, storage, and shelf life, and its application scope encompasses diverse categories such as fruits and vegetables, meat products, and aquatic products. In the future, this field is expected to progress in the direction of intelligence, greenness, and precision.
