      目的 乏燃料贮运容器具有灵活性、功能多样性和固有安全性等优点。为保护人员和环境安全,容器需遵循严格的设计标准以满足相关规范,其中热评价是对容器和乏燃料在各种极端条件下是否会发生泄漏或损坏作出评价的重要步骤。需对容器在正常运输和火烧工况下进行热分析,防止容器各部件和内容物超温损坏。方法 基于计算流体力学软件ANSYS Fluent,选取火烧工况对贮运容器进行计算,详细介绍计算中使用的假设与边界条件,并进行网格无关性分析。结果 计算结果显示,火烧工况燃料包壳达到的最高温度为343.6 ℃,γ屏蔽层最高温度为243.4 ℃,乏燃料中心温度和容器各部位的最高温度未超过温度限值。结论 计算结果满足相关规范要求,可为设计提供参考。

      Spent fuel storage and transportation casks have the advantages of flexibility, functional diversity, and inherent safety. In order to protect personnel and the environment, strict design standards of casks should be followed to meet relevant regulations. Thermal evaluation is an important step to determine whether the cask and spent fuel will leak or be damaged under various extreme conditions. Thermal analysis is necessary for casks under normal transportation and fire conditions to prevent the cask components and contents from overheating damage. In this paper, thermal analyses were performed on a spent fuel storage and transportation cask. The fire condition was selected to calculate the storage and transportation cask based on Computational Fluid Dynamic code ANSYS Fluent. In addition, this paper introduced in detail the assumptions and boundary conditions in the calculation, and conducted a mesh-independent analysis. The results showed that the maximum temperature of the fuel cladding was 343.6 ℃, the maximum temperature of the γ shielding layer was 243.4 ℃. The maximum temperature of spent fuel and various parts of the cask were below the temperature limit. The calculation results meet the requirements of relevant regulations and could provide reference for design.
